Section 01
Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:
- "jilivoe," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the online casino platform accessible at jilivoe.net, operating under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
- "Platform" means the jilivoe website at jilivoe.net, including all games, features, services, and content accessible via the site or any associated mobile interface.
- "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the jilivoe platform or accesses any part of the site.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jilivoe Platform.
- "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's jilivoe Account.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority that regulates licensed online casino operations in the Philippines.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other non-cash incentive granted by jilivoe at its sole discretion.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR compliance obligations.
Section 02
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the jilivoe Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or playing any game offered by jilivoe, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the jilivoe Platform and close your Account.
These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you and jilivoe. Your continued use of the Platform following any posted amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
Important: These Terms apply to all activities conducted on the jilivoe Platform including account registration, deposits, gameplay, bonus claims, withdrawals, and use of customer support services.
Section 03
Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on jilivoe, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online casino gaming in the Philippines.
- You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of registration and at the time of each gaming session.
- You are not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling, including but not limited to the United States of America.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of jilivoe or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
- You have not previously had a jilivoe Account suspended, closed, or terminated for violations of this Agreement.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
Age Verification: jilivoe reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Account holder at any time. Access to deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals may be suspended pending successful age verification. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.
Section 04
Account Registration
To access real-money games and financial services on the jilivoe Platform, you must register an Account. Registration is free of charge.
During registration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted, including a valid Philippine mobile number.
- Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
- Create only one Account per person and per Philippine mobile number. Multiple Accounts will result in suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
- Keep your Account login credentials — username, password, and OTP codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any other person.
- Notify jilivoe immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
jilivoe reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.
Account Security: You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. jilivoe shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Section 05
Deposits & Payments
jilivoe accepts deposits exclusively through payment methods authorized by PAGCOR and listed in the Platform's cashier section. Accepted methods currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
- The minimum deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
- All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in the name of the registered jilivoe Account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
- jilivoe does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside jilivoe's control.
- Deposits are credited to your Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Exchange rates do not apply as the Platform operates exclusively in PHP.
- jilivoe reserves the right to reverse a deposit if it is found to have originated from a fraudulent payment source or in violation of this Agreement.
Anti-Money Laundering: jilivoe is obligated to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws under the AMLA and relevant PAGCOR AML guidelines. All deposit and withdrawal activities are monitored. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Section 06
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawal of available Wallet balances subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or as otherwise specified in the Platform's cashier interface.
- Withdrawal requests will not be processed while an active bonus wagering requirement remains on the Account, unless the Player forfeits the bonus.
- jilivoe reserves the right to conduct KYC verification — including requesting a government-issued Philippine ID — before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount. Withdrawal processing will be suspended until verification is complete.
- Withdrawals of amounts exceeding thresholds set by PAGCOR or jilivoe's internal compliance policies will require enhanced due diligence documentation.
- jilivoe will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- Withdrawal processing times are: GCash and Maya approximately 3–5 minutes; bank transfers up to one business day. These are target times and not guaranteed under all circumstances.
Fraudulent Winnings: Any winnings obtained through exploitation of software errors, manipulation of game outcomes, collusion, or any other fraudulent means will be forfeited in full. jilivoe may suspend or permanently close the Account of any player found to have engaged in such activity.
Section 07
Bonuses & Promotions
jilivoe offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Account holders from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. The following general rules apply to all jilivoe bonuses:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as playthrough requirements) before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are stated in the specific bonus terms for each promotion.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- jilivoe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Bonus funds are non-transferable and hold no cash value independently of the wagering requirement being met.
- jilivoe may at its sole discretion withhold or void a bonus if it reasonably suspects the bonus is being claimed in bad faith, through abuse of promotional mechanics, or through multiple Account creation.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. Existing Account holders who close and re-register are not eligible for new-player bonuses.
Section 08
Game Rules & Fairness
All games available on the jilivoe Platform are provided by certified third-party game developers including JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, CQ9, and other licensed providers. The following conditions apply to gameplay:
- Slot and non-live games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software independently audited for statistical fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed for each game in its information panel.
- Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical processes — real cards, real roulette wheels — streamed in real time and are not subject to digital manipulation by jilivoe.
- The outcome of any completed game round is final once the result has been declared. jilivoe will not reverse a game result due to a player's strategic disagreement with the outcome.
- In the event of a disputed game result, jilivoe will review game logs and server records. The results of this review are binding and final.
- jilivoe reserves the right to void bets or game rounds if a technical malfunction, server error, or data corruption is confirmed to have affected game integrity.
- jilivoe is not liable for any losses incurred during verified technical outages. Where a session is interrupted mid-round, jilivoe will restore the game state to the last confirmed server record.
Section 09
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilivoe Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one Account on the jilivoe Platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during Account registration or KYC verification.
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your jilivoe Wallet.
- Engaging in money laundering or using jilivoe to facilitate any financial crime.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to gain unfair advantage in any game.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in jilivoe's Platform for financial gain. Any such winnings will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live games or poker-format games.
- Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals after successfully playing with the relevant funds.
- Accessing jilivoe from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without disclosure to jilivoe.
- Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order issued by jilivoe or any PAGCOR-regulated entity.
- Abusing, threatening, or harassing jilivoe staff or other players through any communication channel.
Section 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the jilivoe Platform — including but not limited to the jilivoe brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilivoe or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilivoe Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works based on any jilivoe content.
Any unauthorized use of jilivoe intellectual property — including screen-scraping, copying of game content, or impersonation of the jilivoe brand — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilivoe's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their jilivoe Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- jilivoe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
- jilivoe does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect access.
- jilivoe is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- jilivoe is not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of third-party game providers, though it selects providers that meet PAGCOR certification standards.
- Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by jilivoe's gross negligence, where exclusion is prohibited by law.
Section 12
Responsible Gaming
jilivoe is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and its own values as a platform serving Filipino players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration reminders and forced logout timers.
- Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling may be harmful may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon verification and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic pop-up notifications during gameplay displaying total session time and net win/loss figures.
jilivoe staff are trained to recognize behavioral indicators of problem gambling and may proactively contact a player with support resources if concerning patterns are identified. Players may also contact our support team through on-site live chat at any time to request any responsible gaming tool or to discuss concerns.

Section 13
Termination & Suspension
jilivoe reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
- Account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age.
- Player is subject to a self-exclusion order or PAGCOR exclusion list.
- Regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
- Technical security incident requiring protective Account action.
Players may also voluntarily close their jilivoe Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Wallet balance (after deduction of any unmet bonus obligations) will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method within 5 business days, provided that all KYC obligations have been satisfied.
Section 14
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including all applicable PAGCOR regulations, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute arising between you and jilivoe that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jilivoe is also subject to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution mechanisms, and players may escalate complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with the applicable regulatory procedures.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players agree to attempt resolution through jilivoe's customer support escalation process. jilivoe commits to responding to all formal complaints in writing within five (5) business days of receipt.
Section 15
Amendments to These Terms
jilivoe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, Platform features, or jilivoe's operational policies.
Material amendments will be communicated to registered Account holders via the registered mobile number or via a notification displayed on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be posted alongside the updated Terms on this page.
Your continued use of the jilivoe Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026 and are effective immediately for all Account holders.
